Are you the official distributor of the brands you list?+
No. We present every brand as products we source and supply. We buy from manufacturers and their channels and match the right product to your application — we don't claim to be an appointed principal or distributor.
Do you supply outside Mumbai?+
Yes. We are based in Mumbai and deliver to plants across India. Fast-moving consumables and critical spares are held in stock in India.
Can you make parts to our drawing?+
Yes, for many lines — tube-mill wear parts, cast-nylon components, knives and roll tooling can be sourced to your drawing or sample. Send us the drawing and quantities.
How do I get a quote?+
Use any 'Request a quote' form or email sales@invincible-solutions.com with part numbers, quantities, drawings or photos. We usually reply within one working day.
Do you offer trials or demos?+
Yes — ultrasonic cleaning trials, media sample testing, and free feasibility assessments for AI vision inspection.
What is AI Vision Inspection?+
Cameras plus AI models that inspect 100% of production in real time — finding defects, measuring dimensions, counting parts and reading marks. We assess feasibility on your samples first.

Do you supply forming rolls?+
Forming, fin-pass and sizing roll tooling is a new capability: we source it to your flower pattern or drawing on request. It is not a stocked line today.
Can you match spacers and shims to our existing set?+
Yes — share the arbor size, thickness range and a sample or drawing and we will match material and tolerance.
How fast can you supply shear blades?+
Common sizes are stocked in India; made-to-drawing blades depend on size and steel grade. Ask us for a lead time with your drawing.
Do you supply CTL machine parts?+
Yes, including propeller shafts, rolls, knives, belts and crane spares — send part numbers or photos.
Can AI vision inspect weld seams on our line?+
Often, yes. We start with a feasibility assessment on your defect images or samples before proposing anything.

Do you supply PPE for plating?+
Yes — chemical-resistant gloves, goggles, face shields, aprons and respirators from the Udyogi range, chosen for the chemicals you use.
Can access control record staff attendance too?+
Yes. Biometric platforms such as Suprema BioStar 2 handle access, time & attendance and visitor management together.
Which magnetic stirrer do I need for plating prep?+
It depends on beaker volume and whether you need heating. Tell us your bath size and we'll recommend a model.
Do you supply diamond grading tools?+
Yes — sorting, grading and inspection tools, plus precision scales and metrology for the trade.
Can metal detectors find small pieces?+
Hand-held detectors are designed to detect small metal objects at exits; we help choose sensitivity for your use case.

Which bearing is used on roll necks?+
Four-row tapered roller bearings are the most common choice for roll necks; four-row cylindrical bearings are also used with separate thrust bearings.
Why do our bearings fail early?+
Most early failures are caused by contamination (water and scale), poor lubrication or misalignment rather than the bearing itself. We can help review failed bearings.
Do you supply wire-rod-mill bearings?+
Yes, including high-speed grades for wire-rod blocks and continuous-casting grades.
Can AI vision count bars at the cooling bed?+
Yes — automatic bar and bundle counting is one of the most proven machine-vision applications in rebar mills.
Do you supply heat-resistant PPE?+
Yes, flame- and heat-resistant gloves, aprons, face shields and workwear from the Udyogi range.
