Keep your ERW and CTL lines running.
Fast-moving wear parts and spares for ERW and CTL lines — matched to your machine.
Why it matters on your floor.
ERW tube & pipe and cut-to-length (CTL) lines live or die on uptime. One worn consumable — a shear blade, a fin, a spacer — can stop a line. We keep the fast-moving spares and wear parts you need, matched to your machine, so you keep running.

Tube mill consumables, stage by stage
Every stage of an ERW line has its own wear parts. Knowing which ones wear, and when, is the simplest way to stop surprise breakdowns.
- 01
Forming
Strip is progressively formed into a round. Spacers and shims set roll position; worn or mixed-up spacers cause edge waviness and twist.
- 02
Fin-pass
Fin-pass blades centre and condition the open seam before welding. Worn fins give poor edge presentation and inconsistent welds.
- 03
Welding
HF / induction welding joins the edges. Impeders, welding rods, copper contacts and squeeze-roll bearings are the common consumables.
- 04
Sizing
Sizing stands bring the tube to final OD and straightness. Bearings, spacers and V-belts on drives see constant load.
- 05
Cutting / CTL
Flying saws or shears cut to length. Shear blades and saw blades are the most frequent replacement — keep a spare set on the shelf.
Reduce unplanned downtime
- Keep one full spare set of shear blades and fins per size
- Colour-code shims and spacers by thickness
- Log blade changes against tonnage to predict wear
- Check drive belts and bearings at every roll change
- Scan motors and panels with a thermal camera monthly
- Agree a stock-holding list with your supplier
Common questions.
Do you supply forming rolls?+
Forming, fin-pass and sizing roll tooling is a new capability: we source it to your flower pattern or drawing on request. It is not a stocked line today.
Can you match spacers and shims to our existing set?+
Yes — share the arbor size, thickness range and a sample or drawing and we will match material and tolerance.
How fast can you supply shear blades?+
Common sizes are stocked in India; made-to-drawing blades depend on size and steel grade. Ask us for a lead time with your drawing.
Do you supply CTL machine parts?+
Yes, including propeller shafts, rolls, knives, belts and crane spares — send part numbers or photos.
Can AI vision inspect weld seams on our line?+
Often, yes. We start with a feasibility assessment on your defect images or samples before proposing anything.
